Author Guidelines

• Whatever the papers that you submitted are accepted or rejected by ICS2008, you can still link ICS2008 Submission Status to view the comments of your papers.
• When you link the above website, you can do the following steps:
  • If your paper is accepted,
    • You can link "Upload/Update Final Paper" on "Click on the icons in each entry to manipulate this submission" field to Upload/Update your final camera version before 30 Sep. 2008.
      • The Final Version Guidelines (PDF File, MS Word File)
      • If you don't upload your final paper yet, you will see the symbol "without final paper file" on "File Status" field.
    • You can link "Upload/Update Copyright Form" on "Click on the icons in each entry to manipulate this submission" field to Upload/Update your copyright form.
      • The Copyright Form (PDF File, MS Word File)
        • Please the authors print out this file, then sign on it and scan out, finally upload to ICS submission system.
      • If you don't upload your copyright form yet, you will see the symbol "without copyright form file" on "Copyright form" field.
    • You can link "Oral" on "Article Status" field to view the comments of your papers.
    • You can link "Assign the presenter" on "Article Status" field to assign the presenter to participate in the ICS2008 conference on 13-15 Nov. 2008.
    • You can also link Registration Information to get more about the registration information of ICS2008.
  • If your paper is rejected,
    • You can link "Reject" on "Article Status" field to view the comments of your papers.
